Ricoh New Zealand is proud to be one of a number of organisations who have worked with the NZ Human Rights Commission to help formulate a model workplace policy on family violence.

Working alongside companies such as Vodafone, ANZ and The Warehouse Group, Ricoh have helped to create a policy template that is available to all Kiwi businesses, regardless of their size and/or resources.

“The model policy is a template that offers employers three levels of choices for a family violence policy. By choosing among the best-practice options, every employer can create a family violence policy that works for their staff and workplace,” Equal Opportunities Commissioner, Dr Jackie Blue.
