The Attitude Awards celebrate the achievements and successes of New Zealanders living with disabilities.

Ricoh New Zealand are proud to be a finalist in the Attitude ACC Employer Award category which recognises an employer who provides outstanding recruitment and retention opportunities for people with disabilities.

Ricoh have been refining their processes to make it easier to submit a request for required changes according to an employees associated need.

Head of Human Resources Vicky O’Neill says “Additionally, We have had our careers site and recruitment adverts audited to ensure they meet the global standards for accessibility. As part of the employers accessibility network, our goal is to make New Zealand the most accessible country in the world.
