At Ricoh we offer clients contact centre support for our core print copier products.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join Ricoh as a Technical Resolutions Agent based in our Auckland CBD office.  Build your career success with the backing of a top brand and our extensive resources.

About the Role:

You will work in a contact centre environment where we support our external customers by resolving their hardware challenges.  As our technical expert you will resolve complex hardware queries across our print copier range.  This is a phone-based role where you will demonstrate your outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate complex technical information and instructions in simple terms. You will be provided comprehensive product training and our full range of products is nearby your desk, so you can look at the machine whilst you speak with our customers.  This is a Monday to Friday role with no on-call.

  • You work well independently, under pressure and at pace
  • You manage your time and your tasks efficiently
  • You are consistently reliable and punctual
