About the Role:

As our Technical Product Manager you will be assigned a suite of Ricoh software products.  You will be our New Zealand based expert across your products.  You will act as the ultimate escalation point for our engineers to resolve complex issues.  You will replicate and investigate the error, troubleshoot and formulate the solution.  On occasion the error may be beyond your expertise, so you then escalate to our Singapore colleagues.  Additionally, when a new product is launched you may have the opportunity to fly to Singapore or Australia for product training, and as our super-user you will then train our engineers on the product.

So, who are you?

  • You’ve probably been with Ricoh for five or more years
  • You are a connectivity expert and understand lots of our software products
  • You are proficient with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • You know all about networks
  • You currently meet and exceed your KPIs
  • You are resourceful, inquisitive and great at troubleshooting
  • You’re an effective communicator in English and comfortable as a trainer
  • You manage your time and your tasks efficiently
