Customer Service Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to deliver the RICOH experience to our clients. A Field Service Technician’s life is all about maintaining customers’ office equipment and digital technology, our objective is to do every job right the first time, every time.
Based in our Palmerston North branch, while we offer ongoing support and training you will be valued for your ability to think beyond the conventional.
• Carrying out maintenance and field modifications on Ricoh equipment
• Trouble shooting and technical problem solving
• Stock control and minimising costs
• Maintaining/improving internal and external customer relations
You are known as a service professional who, above all else, is able to connect with customers by making complex situations appear simple. It is imperative that you can demonstrate a sound understanding and knowledge of operating systems and network technologies. It will be an advantage if you have a formal Microsoft qualification, specialising in network environments.
