Ricoh Palmerston North celebrated long into the night after winning the Best Medium Business Award at the Westpac Manawatu Business Awards on Friday evening.

The award recognises Ricoh as being the best company with between 5 and 30 staff in the region.

This is the first time Palmerston North Branch has been nominated for an award and after two qualifying interviews it was very satisfying for Branch Manager Jason Flynn and the team to take home a prize.

The awards look at all aspects of business from profitability and innovation through to community engagement and the ability of an organisation to grow and support both their own staff but also being successful in the region they operate.

For Jason it has been especially satisfying due to the changes in the industry, with Ricoh’s efforts to upskill and retain staff to better support our customers also playing a big role in the branch’s success.
